You must include a signed letter stating your affiliation with the organisation.
Email ElectrolysisMitigation@energysafe.vic.gov.au with your requested changes, including the application number (G20-xxxxx).
To request a search be conducted at a specific location, email ElectrolysisMitigation@energysafe.vic.gov.au. Include a plan of the location for verification.
You may not be linked to the owner organisation for this Cathodic Protection System.

Include drawings indicating transformer rectifiers, ground beds, and the structure being protecting with any isolations.
All prescribed Cathodic Protection Systems are required to be registered. A prescribed Cathodic Protection System is described in the Electricity Safety (Cathodic Protection) Regulations 2019, and can be found on the ESV website.
