Our Licensing and Certification of Electrical Safety group (LCOES) comprises two separate customer-focussed teams who administer the Certificates of Electrical Safety system (COES) and the licensing of Victorian electrical workers.

Meet Eanga

I’m part of the friendly Licencing team, we licence electricians to work in Victoria. Everyone supports each other to manage the load – it’s a great team. My role as a licensing officer is varied, challenging at times, and the workload can be extremely hectic, but it’s definitely rewarding.
ESV is a great employer with an excellent location – I love working at Southbank – what could be better!
